Rev. John Orlando, Pastor

John began his ministry as the Pastor at Olive Street in July 2020. He has been in pastoral ministry since 2011. He graduated with a Master of Divinity (MDiv) in 2011, and a Doctor of Ministry (2026) both from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. John and his lovely wife Ursula are blessed with one adult son and daughter-in-law, and one grandson…and two “fur baby” cats, Bella and Bruno. John served on active duty for 21 years in the United States Air Force, receiving a Purple Heart for injuries sustained in the bombing of Khobar Towers in 1996. He is a fan of the Philadelphia sports teams, loves hanging out with family and friends, loves Italian food, and enjoys making homemade spaghetti sauce (or “gravy”) from the family recipe from the old country (Sicily).
