[Act 2:42 ESV] 42 And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.
God calls us to fellowship with one another. As part of His family we call each other brothers and sisters in Christ. When we meet together for a common goal, pursuit, and faith, and we share each other’s joy and sadness, we partake in the fellowship given to us by God. We experience this fellowship first with the Holy Spirit, who makes a home in our heart and lives with us as we experience the same coming together with the Son and Father. God is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and has perfect fellowship within these three persons, so much so that they are considered one. This is the type of oneness God desires for His people. We experience a part of this as we partake in the family of God, the Church. Connect with us as we desire live our lives to reflect the reality of Christ’s forgiveness and joy in our lives.
